Edinburg, TX— Protect and empower yourself through Edinburg PD’s Women’s Self-Defense Course! Officers within the department will host a 3-day session for women ages 18 and up to teach participants the skills and knowledge they need to defend themselves from potential threats.
The course, to be held at the CPL Derek Hernandez Police Training Facility (1309 N. Doolittle Road), will begin on July 1 and continue through July 3. Each session will start at 6 p.m. and end at 9 p.m.
Those registered for the course should wear comfortable clothing and footwear in preparation for the course. Anyone interested in participating can call (956) 318-8840 to sign up.
