EDINBURG, Texas – The Edinburg Municipal Court is giving the community an opportunity to settle outstanding fines or fees through its Amnesty Program, beginning February 17 through March 31, 2025.

Residents with a Class C misdemeanor, like an outstanding traffic citation or warrant, can pay their fine or make arrangements to pay without any additional fees. Failure to appear charges will be waived for those who come in voluntarily.
To qualify, residents must appear in person at the Edinburg Municipal Court, located at 100 E. Freddy Gonzalez Drive, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For more information about any pending traffic citations, residents are asked to call (956) 318-8819 or (956) 289-7797.
