EDINBURG, Texas – This month, the Edinburg Economic Development Corporation (EEDC) held a Commercial Real Estate Round Table meeting, which encouraged stakeholders to join in on an essential discussion about the city’s expansion and development.
The event, held on May 7, 2024, at the Edinburg City Hall Council Chambers, aimed to equip the attendees with valuable insights into the city’s assets and available opportunities to spotlight local properties at the ICSC Las Vegas Convention this week, a conference focused on driving innovation in the commercial real estate industry.
Landowners, developers, and real estate agents with available retail space or land for development were able to showcase their properties at the Commercial Real Estate Round Table. This collaborative effort identified growing retail opportunities for potential investors at ICSC Las Vegas, highlighting Edinburg’s position as an attractive economic investment and development destination.
This year, the Edinburg EDC, RGV Partnership, and other neighboring cities are teaming up in a strategic alliance under the banner “One Region, One Voice,” showcasing a unified vision of the region’s collective strength and diverse economic opportunities.
