EDINBURG, Texas — The Edinburg Economic Development Corporation and the City of Edinburg invite the public to the grand opening of the new EEDC facility located at the corner of University Drive and 10th Avenue.
As Edinburg continues to position itself as a crucial leader in the Rio Grande Valley, EEDC is foreshadowing a new era of economic prosperity with the opening of a new and larger building.
The 6,500 square-foot complex is also home to State Representative District 40 Terry Canales, D-Edinburg.
A special ceremony will mark the official grand opening on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. Guest speakers include Dr. Havidan Rodriguez, EEDC Board Member, Representative Terry Canales and Music by Edcouch Elsa High School Mariachi Juvenil Azteca and University of Texas Pan American Mariachi Aztlan.
The public and media is invited to attend.
