EDINBURG – The Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District Police Department is hosting an active shooter response training session at Harwell Middle School in Edinburg.
ECISD police officers and the Edinburg Police Department are holding the training sessions with other law enforcement agencies to better prepare first responders in the event of an active shooter.

The officers will discuss the importance of these types of training and there will be a demonstration of an active shooter simulation.
The active shooter demonstration will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m.
