At the November meeting, the Chamber’s Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Chamber President/CEO Doug Croft. Doug has accepted an opportunity to lead the Lincoln County Chamber in North Carolina.

“We are disappointed to see Doug move on. He has been valuable to the Weslaco chamber and community. Doug has prepared our organization for the next chapter and we are in a great place to move forward,” says Chamber board Chair Luis Reyes.

“I am very grateful for the opportunity to have worked in Weslaco,” remarked Croft. “It has been a wonderful experience and I will remain an advocate for Weslaco and the RGV. Thank you for your tremendous support and wonderful friendships.”
