Originally from Jamaica, Dr. Brooks completed her medical training in the United States and has served the Brownsville community for 22 years. Now, as the Director of General Surgical Services and Director of Quality in Brownsville, she continues her commitment to providing exceptional care, particularly in minimally invasive surgeries like laparoscopic procedures.
