Vitalant RGV Center presented Pct. 1 Commissioner David L. Fuentes with a traveling trophy for donating the most blood during the 2019 “Battle of the Precincts” blood drive competition.
“As one of the blood providers here in the RGV, we provide over 175 blood products to all of our area hospitals,” said Vitalant RGV Center representative Rick Hinojosa.
For the second year in a row, Pct. 1 was crowned the winner of the blood drive competition.
