It has impacted the way I live, because now I have to watch everyone around me. Making sure they don’t get too close.

What is the general attitude about this pandemic in your neighborhood?

In our neighborhood no one has talked about it.  I noticed today, that a lot of my neighbors brought out their bikes.  I also fixed mine, so I could ride it in the neighborhood.

Do you think the government is taking appropriate actions to handle the pandemic?

I think the government is doing a good enough job.  There’s no way the US could have minimized this.  Even if regulations were more laxed.

What would you do differently if you were the leader of this community?

I would have started shelter in place before the first case, because we knew there would a case anyway.  No way around that.

How long can you sustain your business in the current environment?

It has affected our business because we no longer allow customers or prospects in our office. Most of our contact with customers is over the phone.  We write policies and have the customer sign off via email.  For payments in cash, we placed an envelope on our door. We’re not allowing anyone in our offices.  For their safety and ours.
