Driven by sustained client demand and team growth across multiple service lines, Terracon’s Pharr team has strategically split operations between two offices located just minutes apart. Terracon has operated from its Mid-Cities Drive location since 1996, with multiple additions and expansions over the years to accommodate continued growth in staff and services.
Geotechnical engineering and materials testing services will continue to operate from the Mid Cities Drive office, which now serves as Terracon’s dedicated hub for geotechnical and materials laboratory operations, while environmental, facilities, marketing, and operations teams have relocated to a new office on Polk Street, approximately two minutes away.
This continued growth allows Terracon to better support its staff, enhance collaboration within specialized service lines, and create space for future needs while maintaining the seamless, integrated service clients expect. The proximity of the two offices ensures continued coordination and responsiveness across disciplines.
