MISSION, TX — This past weekend, Commissioner Everardo “Ever” Villarreal of Precinct 3 proudly bestowed the Precinct 3 Heroes Award for the month of November upon Mr. Savas Sandoval, a remarkable 101-year-old World War II veteran.
