FALFURRIAS, Texas – On March 22, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Falfurrias Border Patrol agents working at the Falfurrias Border Patrol Checkpoint encountered a male subject driving a small sedan at the one of the immigration inspection lanes. Record checks revealed an active warrant from the Department of Public Safety for Criminal Trespass and a previous conviction for Sexual Assault of a Child. Texas Department of Public Safety was contacted and took custody of the criminal.
