PHARR, Texas – The Pharr City Commission unanimously approved an Ordinance adopting and approving the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023, and ending September 30, 2024. Interim City Manager Dr. Jonathan B. Flores announced that the city was proud to produce a balanced budget with a $1 million dollar surplus.
