The City of McAllen will host a hiring event on Wednesday, March 19, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the McAllen Public Library, located at 4001 N. 23rd St. in McAllen.
Various City of McAllen departments will be a part of the event including: McAllen Police Department; McAllen Parks & Recreation; McAllen Public Library; McAllen Public Utilities Water Plant and Transmission & Distribution; and McAllen Public Works divisions, including Fleet Operations, Commercial Box, Street Maintenance, and Recycling.
Those interested should bring their resumés but are encouraged to apply online beforehand to expedite the process and allow the opportunity for on-site interviews.
