EDINBURG, Texas – In the interest of providing quality customer service to residents seeking assistance from city departments, the City of Edinburg is launching a new, online-based customer service initiative that will be used to maintain positive interactions with the community. The survey will go live on the city’s website on Monday, January 8, 2024.

The Customer Service Satisfaction Survey allows the community to rate the responsiveness and professionalism of city staff during their conversations, asks whether their questions or concerns were addressed, and leaves room for residents to write in additional comments on their visit or phone call.

The QR code to the survey will be available at all city facilities and in circulation at the digital kiosk at the entrance of Edinburg City Hall (415 W. University Drive). In addition, the link to the survey can be found at www.cityofedinburg.com beginning Jan. 8.
