McAllen, TX – The McAllen Citizens League will have a political forum at its monthly noon Luncheon on Thursday, September 27 at the Salvation Army Center on 23rd Street and Pecan in McAllen.
Richard Cortez and Jane Cross, candidates for Hidalgo County Judge have both confirmed their attendance. Bobby Guerra and Hilda De Shazo, candidates for District 41 State Representatives have also confirmed attendance. “This is our first meeting of this season and it should be a very informative one”, said Christopher Julian, President of the League.
The League’s forum format allows each candidate 3-minute opening comments. After all candidates have spoken, questions from league members only will be asked.
