McAllen, TX – The board of directors of the McAllen Citizen League recently held their annual workshop. The primary topic of discussion was the monthly meeting programs for the upcoming season. The discussion ranged from Political and Economic Development forums to Public Safety and higher education/trade school opportunities. The monthly meetings are on the 4th Thursday of each month starting in September through May.
Due to Thanksgiving, the November meeting will be held on November 21 and there will no meeting in December. All meetings will be held at The Salvation Army Center on 23rd St and Pecan except the October 24th meeting which will be held at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce.
