Silvia Garza, Director and Vice President of the McAllen Chamber of Commerce’s Casa McAllen in Monterrey, recently hosted a breakfast for local media representatives. Reporters from several newspapers including El Norte, El Milenio, El Horizonte, El Financiero, and El Economist attended, along with a writer from La Carretera magazine, and a popular local blogger, El Joven Carrillo.
At the breakfast meeting, Garza spoke about the positive expectations for McAllen’s Christmas retail sales, thanks in large part to the Mexican shoppers.
