PHARR, TEXAS – Terracon, is pleased to announce Robert Saenz, RAS, has joined Terracon as a senior facilities professional in the Pharr office. He brings more than 25 years of experience working as an Accessibility Plan Reviewer and Inspector on more than 425 projects throughout Texas. His experience includes documenting and drawing specifications on AutoCAD for ADA modifications in community-based programs and inspecting ADA modifications in private and commercial buildings along with residential areas.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Elementary Education, from the University of Texas Pan American, Edinburg, Texas. He is a Registered Accessibility Specialist in Texas.
He will be supporting Terracon with accessibility assessments and design as part of due diligence efforts for commercial and multifamily housing projects, with a focus on compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS).
