BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Helen Ramirez, ICMA-CM, AICP, City Manager of Brownsville, will be thefeatured guest of the upcoming Women in Leadership Signature Series, hosted by the Turknett Leadership Group (TLG). This prestigious event will take place on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 7:00 AM CST via Zoom.
