FALFURRIAS, Texas – U.S. Border Patrol agents working in Brooks County discover deceased subject on ranchlands.
On Monday, Falfurrias agents working in Brooks County encountered a Guatemalan national on Highway 281 who advised agents that his sister passed away while walking north through ranchlands. Agents responded to the scene and upon arrival, discovered the body of a deceased female. Agents contacted the Brooks County Sherrif’s Office (BCSO) and the local justice of the peace (JP). At the direction of the JP, the decedent was transported to the Webb County Medical Examiner’s Office in Laredo, Texas.
