Edinburg – Delinquent Notices were mailed out in May to all property owners having a delinquent balance on 2020 Taxes. For the month of June, Penalty & Interest of 15% is being assessed to all 2020 Tax balances. If a 2021 Tax balance is not paid by June 30, the Penalty & Interest rate will increase to 18% for the month of July PLUS an additional 15% Collection Fee will be added to the balance.
We encourage all property owners to make an effort in making partial payments or pay balances in full to avoid the additional late fees. Payments can be processed online by visiting our website at www.hidalgocountytax.org. You can also mail your tax payment to:
