The National Latinx Psychological Association (NLPA) recently honored Judge Richard F. Cortez with the National Latino Presidential Citation during the Pre-Summit Bienvenida for the 2025 NLPA Summit. The event will took place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the historic Hidalgo Pump House in the city of Hidalgo.
