Earlier today, McAllen Holiday Parade officials, hosted a special announcement, where they unveiled the next big thing for the internationally-acclaimed event, presented by H-E-B: the Brightest Lights at Santa’s Circle in the South Pole of Texas, the theme for this year’s event.
