The Governors of Tamaulipas, Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca; Coahuila, Miguel Riquelme, and Nuevo León, Jaime Rodríguez Calderón, signed joint agreements that will allow, in the immediate and short term, to cope with the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) in these neighboring states.
