Angels of Love proudly announces Jumairy Campos as a new victim advocate for the organization. She was born in Hidalgo, Tx. and raised in Rio Bravo Tamps. She attended PSJA Early College High School and graduated from the University of Rio Grande Valley, earning bachelors degree in psychology. Jumairy is pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical psychology.
Jumairy has a passion for creating safe spaces for vulnerable individuals. Her goal is to advocate for mental health and raise awareness about its importance. She recognizes the significance of providing support and resources to those facing adversity.
The Angels of Love Victim Advocacy Program began September 1, 2023 and will continue until August 31, 2025. The program is funded through a Texas Attorney General grant which provides for funding for one full-time victim advocate.
Angels of Love is able to continue to help victims of domestic violence with victim advocacy, empowerment classes for victims of violence, teen dating violence awareness and prevention classes, community outreach, legal advocacy, crime victim compensation applications, navigation through the criminal justice process and referrals to other organizations for ancillary services and other basic needs resulting from a domestic violence situation.
The other programs that Angels of Love offers are Empowerment for Victims of Domestic Violence, Parenting Classes, Financial Literacy, Expect Respect-Teen Dating Violence, Girl Power and Kind Girls.

Angels of Love is a non-profit organization which provides free services to victims/Survivors of domestic and dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking across Hidalgo County.
Angels of Love’s vision is to extend itself throughout the Rio Grande Valley to provide services and to open an emergency shelter for abused women and children.
