Aeromar to connect McAllen with seven destinations in Mexico

  • Aeromar currently offers 27 weekly McAllen departures, featuring nonstop service to Monterrey, Mexico City and Guadalajara with extended service to Puerto Vallarta.
  • New extended service to Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí and Torreón beginning July 12th in conjunction with existing Monterrey service, significantly reducing travel time and cost for travelers.

McAllen, Texas, – Aeromar announced a major enhancement today to its flight schedule that will increase the number of Mexican cities it serves to and from McAllen International Airport to seven, further strengthening its partnership with the City of McAllen. Travelers will now be able to avoid the inconvenience of making connections and changing terminals in out of congested airports with the addition of the Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí and Torreon extended service via   the same aircraft, which includes an intermediate stop in Monterrey. This extended service translates into significant time and cost savings, as well as a more relaxed journey for travelers. Each of these important Mexican cities will be connected to McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley three times a week,beginning on July 12th, with promotional introductory fares as low as $139 one way (inclusive of taxes), now available for booking.

In addition, the schedule will be adjusted to enable same day trips between McAllen and Monterrey and vice versa, ideal for business trips, as well as improved weekend schedules in both directions.

Aeromar will continue to offer 27 weekly departures from McAllen through the summer, as follows: Nonstop flights-

Important to note, all passengers will need to deplane in order to complete all immigration and customs formalities required by Mexican authorities at their first port of entry.
