Expo Now Open: Aeromar celebrated its 3rd Anniversary in McAllen at the “Vibrant Heritage” Mexican Artisan Expo

What: In celebration of the 3rd anniversary of partnership, Aeromar and the McAllen International Airport joined the Chamber at the Mexican Artisan Expo opening ceremony and press conference. The ceremony started at 12:15 PM and gathered representatives from the McAllen Chamber of Commerce, the Mexican Consulate in McAllen, the McAllen International Airport and Aeromar.

Where: At the McAllen Creative Incubator (Old McAllen Main St. Library), located in the 601 N. Main, in McAllen Downtown area.

Background Information:

The 7th Annual “Vibrant Heritage” Mexican Artisan Expo is a Mexican arts and crafts event. The event will host over 80 artisans from various regions in Mexico. The event will be hosted at the McAllen Creative Incubator from November 6 through 8.

During the show, artisans representing over 12 Mexican States will display some of the best arts, clothing, crafts and candies Mexico is renowned for. In addition to this, live performers from Mexico and the Rio Grande Valley will entertain visitors of all ages with their music and talents.

Access to the event is be FREE to the public so that everyone can enjoy the rich culture and arts that are a part of the history our area shares with Mexico. The schedule for this event is as follows: November 6, 2015 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM; November 7, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
