Dear Bert Ogden Customers:

We at the Bert Ogden Auto Group would like to say that our thoughts and prayers are with the thousands of people in our country and around the world dealing with COVID 19. The Rio Grande Valley has been fortunate through these unsettling times and our goal is to continue to strengthen our ability to serve you. We would like to assure you that the Bert Ogden Auto Group will remain open for business in order to ensure that the needs of all of our valued customers continue to be met. Although, to date, there are no confirmed cases of COVID 19 in our local community, we want to be as transparent as possible with you regarding our efforts to safeguard our customers and staff in accordance with the recommendations from the CDC.

The Bert Ogden Auto Group has always made extra efforts to insure the cleanliness of our facilities, but out of an abundance of caution we are adding additional measures such as an increased frequency to our cleaning schedules, additional janitorial headcount, and have installed multiple sanitation stat ions at Bert Ogden & Fiesta dealerships Valley wide. As a precaution, we have also commissioned an additional sanitation service to aide our janitorial staff. This helps to ensure intensive site wide disinfecting of our facilities and inventory. As an additional measure, we have also suspended all face to face meetings with vendors and business partners in order to limit any unnecessary germs incurred during travel. All such business meetings have been transitioned to video or teleconference calls.

In our dealerships, customer service and safety is what matters most. We would like to remind you that our business model does not require large crowds. Our sales and service departments are equipped to handle all of your needs in person, online or by phone and we welcome each of our customers in whichever manner is most comfortable for you.

As the situation progresses, we will continue to be agile and informed in order to make the best decisions to protect the health of our customers and staff while still offering the world-class service you have come to expect from us. Let’s spread facts, not fear and instead put our trust in the Lord and pray for those across the world that have already been affected by this global health concern. Together we will see each other through this.
