Virus
Lord today we declare that Covid-19 has no power or authority over our family and our community. We acknowledge it’s You, Sovereign Lord, that protects us and keeps us safe. You said, no weapon that has been formed against our health and our well being will prosper. This Coronavirus must bow, bend, and render to the authority and power of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Leaders
Grant our leaders strength and confidence by the Holy Spirit. Reveal to them the unlimited riches of wisdom and power that is available to them in Christ, to destroy Covid-19 and to provide all the necessary resources people need. We pray our leaders would never doubt the mighty power of God working in them and through them to accomplish all that is in their hearts to do. Let our leaders continue to be the hands of blessing and the voice of hope during this time of crisis. Let joy and praise to our Big God be heard in the streets and neighborhoods of our cities sooner than what we think!
Business
Lord, we pray for the peace and prosperity of our city. Bless every business, big and small and grant wisdom & courage to every business owner. Once again pour out Your increase on our businesses and we promise not to forget that it was you who gave us the power and ability to produce wealth to bless others.
Our Responsibility
Lord, let us embrace this kingdom life that you have offered us in scripture to accomplish, not only minor feats, but overcome huge obstacles. Reveal to every person that, through Christ, the power to absolutely do anything, ranging from small to great, is available us! You Lord, through Your word have given us all authority over the power of the enemy (Covid-19), and nothing will [in any way] harm us.
Benediction
Holy Spirit protect all those in the front-line with the love and power of a Big God! We come before You and acknowledge that we need You. Lord, You said, “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” Come Lord!
Pastor Eliud Garcia is an ordained minister and currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Freedom Life Church in Mission, Texas. He has traveled extensively in Mexico, South East Asia, United Kingdom, Spain, and Germany working on many different humanitarian/ministry projects and speaking engagements. He has been a proud citizen of Mission, Texas for over 28 years and has lived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Northern Ireland and New York City.
Eliud has a vision and heart to see people walking in their destiny, by connecting people to Christ, the church, and their calling. His passion for inspiring others to discover their own personal strengths is driven toward impacting the spiritual climate of the greater Rio Grande Valley area and the world.
Eliud and his wife Cathy have been married for 28 years. They have two grown children, Juan and Elizabeth.
