Edinburg EDC Announces $650,000+ Historic Downtown Renovation

The Edinburg Economic Development Corporation (EEDC) announced its support and approval of a major downtown renovation led by LEWIS Building LLC, owned by Byron Lewis, CEO of Edwards Abstract and Title Co. The project will restore and repurpose a historic 1925 building located at 221–225 E. University Dr. and 115–119 N. 13th Ave., further advancing the EEDC’s mission to foster growth and vibrancy in the city’s core.
