PHARR, Texas – Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA ISD) invites the community to the 5th Annual PSJA Family Posada, themed All Aboard the PSJA Express, on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 6:00 PM at PSJA Stadium.
This annual event will highlight musical and dance performances by PSJA Fine Arts groups, including mariachi, conjunto, choir, band, and dance. Families will also enjoy a festive atmosphere with free games, moon jumps, hayride, Polar Express Story Time, and much more.
| Highlights of the Evening Include: |
| Lighting of the Tree Ceremony: At 6:40 PM, the illumination of a spectacular 20-foot tree, accompanied by district remarks. |
| PSJA Police Blue Santa: Free toys for children ages 3-18 (while supplies last). |
| Holiday Market & Food Booths: Handmade gifts, holiday treats, and food will be available for purchase (cash only). Proceeds from the food sales and some of the market items benefit PSJA ISD student organizations and programs. |
| RGV Food Bank – Free food pantry items will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. |
| Family Fun: Enjoy free games, activities, and a variety of performances. |
All toys collected from the PSJA Toy Patrol Drive will be distributed at the 5th Annual PSJA Family Posada on a first come, first served basis.
