Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez, M.D. and the Pharr City Commission approved a proclamation designating March 2, 2019, as Children’s Advocacy Center of Hidalgo County Day.
H-E-B representatives had balloons, flowers and a check for $1,000 for Ms. Downey. Her school also received $1,000.
