Probable: A person who meets presumptive laboratory evidence through detection of COVID-19 by antigen test in a respiratory specimen. 3. Suspect: A person who meets supported laboratory evidence through detection of specific antibodies in serum, plasma, whole body, and no prior history of being confirmed or probable case.

Good evening. To members of the Texas Legislature who are joining us virtually and my fellow Texans, as we gather tonight, I can tell you that the state of our state is brimming with promise.

As young girls, we are brought up to take care of our families and grow up to become women that support our partners. Today, we can do both. Women have evolved to balance family and work.
