Harlingen Veterans Group to Lay Wreaths at Grave Sites
Each December Veterans groups and volunteers across the nation place a Christmas Wreath at as many veteran grave sites as they can. This year, with the help of the Harlingen Advisory Board, National Wreath Day which is observed on December 15, will also be celebrated here.
