PSJA Early College High School Senior Devon De Leon signed a letter of intent to play baseball for the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio.

Judge Richard Gonzales has announced his candidacy for the 2020 Democratic primary election of the Texas House of Representatives, District 41.

Judge Ysmael Fonseca, the presiding judge of the Hidalgo County 464th District Court, on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, officially announced that he will be seeking election to keep his seat during the Hidalgo County Republican Party primary in March 2020.

After announcing his intent to run as a candidate for judge of the newly-created 464th District Court earlier this year, Judge Joe Ramirez officially filed the required paperwork to appear on the ballot for the March 2020 Democratic Primary Election.
