BROWNSVILLE, Texas – The City of Brownsville selected Victor Flores, by way of the City Commission, as City Attorney. Mr. Flores succeeds Rene de Coss, who was appointed as Presiding Judge of Brownsville’s Municipal Court back in August 2021.
