Probable: A person who meets presumptive laboratory evidence through detection of COVID-19 by antigen test in a respiratory specimen. 3. Suspect: A person who meets supported laboratory evidence through detection of specific antibodies in serum, plasma, whole body, and no prior history of being confirmed or probable case.

The City of McAllen’s Bicentennial Boulevard extension construction is still ongoing and a troubling trend is emerging that is cause for concern: McAllen residents are running and biking along the constructed road extension as contractors are working in the area.
