MCALLEN, TX – June 10, 2019 – Due to Circumstances beyond our control, both of this week’s performances of Chicago: The Musical scheduled for Wednesday, June 12th and Thursday, June 13th have been cancelled. Every effort was made by Live in McAllen to ensure these performances happened but ultimately the show made the decision to not show up. All ticket buyers will receive a refund for these performances. 

Broadway in McAllen Season Ticket holder or Club Section member: o Refunds will be made to your account beginning tomorrow, June 11th. Live in McAllen team members will be sending email confirmations of refunds once they are made. After you receive the email Refund Receipt, the funds will appear on your bank statement within 5 to 10 business days. 

Ticketmaster customer: o If you bought tickets through – Ticketmaster will be automatically refunding their orders and sending out email notifications. 

McAllen Performing Arts Center Box Office purchases: o Bring the original tickets you purchased to the Box Office. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original method of payment (credit card, check, cash, etc). 

o Example: If you purchased tickets with a credit card, your refund will be made to that credit card. Credit card used for purchase must be present to receive refund.
