Texas Border Business

The Rio Grande City Economic Development Corp, UTRGV Small Business Development Center and the RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Lunch & Learn with the speaker covering the “Secrets of Leveraging Social Media” on Tuesday, June 25th in Rio Grande City at the Starr Center located at 615 E. Main Street in Rio Grande City from 11:30am to 1:00pm.

The Speaker Michael Wilson, will speak on how you can build a Massive following fast.  How to get the competitive advantage to dominate your market and help grown your business.  He is the Co-Founder and CEO of CM Institue of Leadership, LLC in McAllen.  The company provides leadership development, corporate training and assessments.  Mr. Wilson is a certified Everything DISC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team facilitator, certified John Maxwell Coach, etc. Besides his work on promoting leadership, he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of social media.

Michael Wilson was the program director of Gateway to College program at South Texas College.  This program transformed highly at-risk high school students who were on the verge or had dropped out of high school to earn their high school diploma and learn to become a highly successful college student through dual enrollment.  Mr. Wilson had changed may youths’ lives through the powerful program that help pave a new part in life.
