Washington, D.C.—Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) will hold a press availability THURSDAY, July 2 at 1:00 PM CT to discuss the new highway infrastructure bill, transformational legislation that will bring our nation’s infrastructure into a new era. Within this legislation, Congressman Cuellar secured amendments that will designate I-27 as well as create a new highway-rail grade crossing grant program that will help get rid of trains blocking streets that cause traffic congestion.
