Adrian Gonzalez, general manager of Payne Edinburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, said the Rio Grande Valley needs more qualified automotive technicians as increasingly sophisticated vehicles require workers with specialized training, advanced tools and technical knowledge.
