Palm Valley Animal Society Announces Online Dog Foster Reservations

Edinburg, Texas – Palm Valley Animal Society (PVAS) has a new online dog foster reservation program called “Dog-N-Dash.” Presented in partnership with, the online system allows potential fosters to view available dogs, reserve one they’re interested in, view and click-sign a foster agreement, and make an appointment to pick the dog up at one of the PVAS facilities.

Mike Bricker, PVAS Executive Director, says “Dog-N-Dash will help us to get dogs out of the shelter and into foster homes during COVID-19 efficiently and safely, providing a safe social distance for the foster family during pick-up and helping to reduce our canine population during the crisis.”

The first Dog-N-Dash program pick-up event is taking place on March 28, 8:30-11 AM at the PVAS Andrews Center, 2451 N Expressway 281, Edinburg, TX 78539.
