The McAllen Housing Commission hosted its 2026 Scholarship Banquet on June 18, 2026, at the Verta Hotel in McAllen. Students, families, board members, elected officials, community partners, sponsors, and staff attended the event, recognizing 19 scholarship recipients from area high schools.
