Jaime Garcia

Born & raised in Reynosa, Mexico, a Mission resident, and a graduate from Sharyland HS. He has played for several major league baseball teams and is well known in the community. He pitched 10 seasons with the big leagues and is a 2011 World Series Champion with the St. Louis Cardinals. He’s the only Mexican born pitcher to start 2 games in a World Series and played 11 years in the major leagues for 5 different teams.

He was a Pitcher for the following MLB Teams:

•         Atlanta Braves #54

•         New York Yankees #34

•         Chicago Cubs #64
