The nurse practitioner was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. She showed much care and concern.

My experience was very pleasant. The staff attended to my needs, and they were very professional. I went home content and very satisfied with the end result.

I just wanted to let you know that the Urgent Care staff was amazing last night. They made [my daughter] feel so safe and did everything as quickly as they could to get her out of there...The staff brought her a teddy bear and made her feel so good...Everyone in the office came, they held her hand and it was amazing.

My husband and daughter, including me, were recently seen by Dr, Tucker in the Urgent Care. We are very pleased with the services, especially Dr Tucker, who is kind enough to follow up how we are doing several days after we were treated there. Thank you for everything.

Went in right away this morning because I was experiencing some pain.  I was very pleased with the care I received.  I would recommend this place for sure!

Best experience and patient care!! Dr. Tucker went above and beyond during our visit and tried to make the long wait as comfortable as possible for us. He was kind enough to provide us snacks while we waited. He cared enough to follow up the next (day) to check up on my son and how he was feeling. Thank you, Dr. Tucker, for being a great physician.

My daughter twisted her ankle earlier, and (I) took her here. First off, they had wheelchairs available right in the front. (So helpful). Everything went smoothly, from reception to vitals to the PA, and I loooooved the x-ray tech that went way beyond his job. Thank you DHR Health Urgent Care!

… I was given the royal treatment on my previous visit to DHR Urgent Care…I was seen by Dr. Donald Tucker. This doctor not only was nice, kind, and friendly, but his bedside manner was SUPERB!!!!! The staff, such as Brianna, John, Brenda, and Margarita also displayed exceptionally!! It has been said that customer service can make or break a business. In this case, Dr. Tucker and his staff are second to none…Thank you, DHR, for being selective when choosing your employees, and thank you, Dr. Tucker, for making my day!

Dr Tucker!  Took care of my mother last Friday.  He has called my dad three times to check on her.  Unheard of!!!  Thank you!!!

I’ve taken my daughter here two different times for a strep test over the weekend and both visits were excellent. The staff there is very caring and attentive. I didn’t have to wait long and we got in and out. I’ve been so impressed with this clinic and am very grateful for services. Highly recommend!!

I just want to share the best experience I’ve ever had here in the valley! Everyone was so nice and caring especially to my two year old!
