Texas Border Business

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Edinburg developed the Stimulus Program Aimed at Recovery from COVID (S.P.A.R.C.) Program.

Eligible residents of the city of Edinburg will be awarded a gift card in the amount of $100 to be used exclusively at businesses that were recipients of S.P.A.R.C. Business Grants. The purpose of the community-to-business grant program is to provide economic stimulus to businesses while providing a measure of relief to the Edinburg residents who experienced hardship due to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, July 29 at 3:00 p.m.

To be eligible for SPARC Community-to-Business Gift Card, residents must live within Edinburg city limits. An ID or utility bill is all that’s needed for verification.
