LA JOYA – Hidalgo County health officials, in conjunction with La Joya Independent School District, will be hosting a fourth COVID-19 community vaccine clinic in that area on Wednesday, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez said.
The location will have 1,000 doses of the vaccine to distribute to the public, and will focus on residents ages 65 and over.
The La Joya ISD clinic will be held at the Palmview High School, at 3901 North La Homa Rd, Mission, 78574.
Hidalgo County Health and Human Services will begin administering the Moderna vaccinations on Wednesday, January 20, beginning at 8 a.m. on a first come, first served basis.
