Pharr, TX – Inter National Bank First Vice-President Commercial Lender, Michelle Lea Zamora, has been named the Empty Bowls 2017 Committee Chair.  Andrea Cavazos Rodriguez, Doubletree Suites by Hilton McAllen, and Gabriela Nunnery, New York Life Insurance, have been named Co-chairs as well.
